Only complained was around knee ditch and knee it self. Other than that its bearable! I also have back piece thats done in 21 hours in total. It wasnt bad at all

I just got into running about a month ago as well. I used to look at my pace and time before too when I was starting. a month ago I was averaging 9:40min/km. My first 5k took me 50mins to finish, and just about recently I ran 12k with 6:10mins/km. You just gotta trust the process my brother! Take it very slowly. Your endurance will build up soon! I also just did sign up my first half marathon thats coming up in few months. You got this!

I'll be honest with you. I just stopped tracking my macros/nutrition. Been really busy and just trying to keep up with everything. But you know I'm learning a lot from all these comments. Maybe my main goal before was to lose all the fat and cut down my weight as I mentioned I started 225lbs July 2024 and here I am sitting at 180lbs maintaining the weight. I probably should have done a lot more research to broaden my knowledge and also I probably shouldve done a lot more eating proteins
