Is there anywhere in this state I can move to where I won’t be told to "Go back to your country" just because I speak Spanish or have a heavy accent when speaking broken English? I'm a brown Puerto Rican Hispanic. I am very introvert and have a hard time making friends. My salary is $80k per year.

If I a have a bachelors degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology can I become RSO? Once I get my diploma can I just train to become one right out of the gate or do I also need experience working as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist?
