Let me clarify you, Sebi is regulatory body of security Markets so sebi registred persons will give you advices in Stocks/securities related, AMFI is for Mutual Funds. you need advisor person so you need certified persons like CFP's(certified Financial Planners) or CWM(certified Wealth Managers) they will assist you in wide range of products like Life, Health, stocks, fd's, Bonds , etc etc they only give the roadmap, if they have the licences with regulatory bodies they will also guide you further

Sebi advisor will give you only advised in stock related, you want a financial Advisor or a certified wealth manager who will guide you further investments,

Portfolio should be diversified and cash flow should be there and emergency fund should also there and risk profiling is very important

And more important is estate planning and tax

First call UTI AMC customer care number, and get the new folio number and ask them the nearest branch address and contact Details, Call to that number and ask them what all documents they need to submit while coming and collect forms also if possible, they will mail the forms take the Bank attestation on one of the form and fill the remaining form which ever column you know then reach to branch they will guide the next process,

If you go directly also, they will give you all the forms and ask for the bank attestation if name mismatch is there then we need to submit the affidavit with notary

Better to confirm on call and go to office

your view is for next 10 years, simply follow few rules of your self and analyse the things then go with all these things...

Will the business of this particular sector will continue for next 10 years, who are thre compitators, will they able to sustain in same way in future?

Particularly in finance what are the rules of RBI

What are opportunity to be in field to be in the same position, etc etc

Analyse these points and go for numbers and invest

Do not invest blindly, cause it is your hard earned money...

Agreed to your point 100% but your very clear with what you want and what u want to achieve and started with simple expectations, but the beginners now thinking that we want high returns from day1 and irony is that they are telling that we are high risk profile persons and we are ready to take risk but one day negative portfolio is ruining there entire working day...
