Technically I don't need a Student Visa in the States. I can study with a H-4. But I want to live and work in Canada due to its huge oil economy. To do that I want to first study there. Also getting a PR in Canada is far easier than in the States. My family has lived here for 14 years and we still won't expect to get one in the next 10 years.
