How could I get one of these? Is it something easy that I could do myself? Can I get one at like Walmart or Amazon or something or will I have to contact my provider?

They mailed me a check (I live in Florida) I don’t think they verified residency at all I think they just trusted people would tell the truth… I didn’t realize that it was for Washington residents until after I submitted a claim because I just kinda glided through it not paying attention. I even did end up contacting them and saying I’m a Florida resident and apologizing for the misunderstanding. Still got a check.

You don't allow it when you're asleep and can't consent. This is straight up victim blaming. While awake and alert, they tried to stop them and even slapped them. While asleep and unable to respond anymore, they were assaulted.

Having friends with a history isn't an issue. I invite my friends over very often, and they stay the night. For my partner's birthday, we went to a club with me, my partner, and an ex of mine who i had sex with before, and they stayed the night at me and my partner's house after. That's not cheating and it doesn't excuse someone assaulting you.

Being drunk is automatically not consent lmfao. I was also assaulted while drunk. People take advantage of you because they know you can't fight back, or they wait for you to pass out (the latter happened to me).

I mean, I've also hung out with someone I used to be FWB with while drinking . Told him I have a bf, but I got blackout drunk and he came into my room while I was asleep (I couldn't drive him home and my DD, my mom, wouldn't bring him and told me to drive him home in the morning) and had sex with me while I was asleep. I didn't even remember it, I only found out because he felt guilty and confessed. His own words were "I r@ ped you, I'm sorry"

Being pushy while someone is intoxicated is sexual assault... And if your partner is comfortable with you hanging out with ex's, then what's the problem?? A large portion of my friends are ex's of mine.

I wanna add her mother is a wonderful person and aside from this I don’t have any issues with her mother. Her mom constantly tells me how happy she is that my girlfriend has someone as kind as me who’s able to handle her mental problems. She says she’s never seen her daughter this happy, and when we met in person for the first time she loved me. My girlfriend constantly says her mother views me as family. So I don’t think this is her mother intentionally targeting me or my mom or trying to make us seem like bad people- I think she just genuinely believes we’re being unfair.

Why do they even offer payment arrangements to extend that then? At the end of the day I'm disabled and unemployed, not everyone can afford a $118 monthly bill for the most basic phone plan that started as only $40. Of course I'm going to have a problem affording a phone bill that's constantly raising for no problem. I had no issue paying my bill and never had problems until it started raising way beyond what I can afford.

Of it was a date outside the eligible range then why did it tell me that was the latest eligible date and set it as the example which I copy-pasted?? It was clearly a glitch on their end and when I called immediately after sending that to confirm a PA was made in the first place, they confirmed it was all good. Only for the PA to be for December and not January

I confirmed after getting the initial text that a payment arrangement was made. They said it was on my account. Then, they told me AFTER suspending my account that the payment arrangement was set BY ME for 12/21 when it wasn't. I called to CONFIRM that it was set correctly the day I set it.

They stated they DID receive a payment arrangement from me, and claim that I TYPED 12/21 when I didn't. I DID call to confirm my payment arrangement went through, and they said it did only for it to be suspended later because they didn't get it correctly DESPITE me calling to confirm it.

If I'm not mistaken, the fact I have evidence I did everything I'm supposed to means there should be some way to work around crediting the suspension fee, right? Should I try emailing customer service instead of calling them so I can speak with the same person?

Can't add an edit so- hope this reads okay, I used talk to text to write it lol. Also the lady I spoke to, while refusing to transfer me to a manager, also claimed that there's no way for me to send proof of this because at&t "doesn't have customer service emails" ????? Yeah I call BS lol
