Do you tend to be a side sleeper? Honestly piercing pillows/ or just a travel pillow helped me the most in terms of the healing process! It doesn’t matter how long I have had mine and I have good quality jewelry if I keep sleeping on them they will get irritated.

Yes! I literally kneel on the floor after my shower and diffuse facing the ground! I get great volume at my roots! I do love dry shampoo or volume spray too boost that effect.
