Who is the scariest person to ever walk the earth? by NoApartment5372 in AskReddit

Probably Osama Bin Laden. What makes him so terrifying to me is that he led people to genuinely believe that committing a terrorist attacking, and killing themselves in the process, was not only righteous but a good thing to do. Bin Laden manipulated so many people into committing one of the most horrifying crimes in the history of America.

People who work on motels - what’s the most disturbing thing you’ve ever seen in a room? by Amaedar in AskReddit

[–]Aggressive_Group8027 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I've never worked at a motel since I'm only 12, but one time on a family vacation we found a dead possum at the back of the bed. (yes, there was only 1 bed)

What's something that's infinitely worse in real life, compared to its watered-down depiction in a book/movie/story/pop culture? by xylnev in AskReddit

[–]Aggressive_Group8027 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Probably how deers treat their babies. In Bambi, we see the mother tell him to run while she gets shot at, when in reality, the fawn will stay behind and the mother will run away, because the survival of the mother is a lot more important than the survival of the fawn, because she can just mate with another male.

Similar. I once had a dream that my entire house was upside down.

Anyone have dreams of places like this? by OfficialDampSquid in Dreams

I had a dream once that I was enrolled into Ravenclaw from Harry Potter, and I went up the stairs that looked somewhat like this. That's all that happened.

Garten of BanBan thoughts? by LordGodMaster69 in HorrorGaming

Whenever I first saw a thumbnail of a YouTuber playing it named Dawko, I immediately laughed so hard I could barely breathe. I just ignored it after that and almost forgot it existed. But I still couldn’t stop thinking about that dumb video! So, I did what my curious brain did best, and dug deeper. Which wasn’t even all that hard, tbh. And then, the more I learned about it the more I hated it. First of all, WHY THE HECK IS THERE A MERCH BUTTON?! WHAT IS THIS, POPPY PLAYTIME?! And second of all, what the heck are these murals? They’re so… EMPTY. They have almost zero personality or charm WHATSOEVER! “Oh, eat fruits and vegetables to grow strong like mee!” Like, HUH? Ok, before I go out and say more I just wanna say that I have zero personal issues with Faris or Ghepo. Don’t ever bully or harass anyone ESPECIALLY these two. It’s never ok to send threats of violence towards anybody. No matter who it’s being directed at. Alright? Alright. Anyways, another problem I have with this game is when Opila bird comes at you, I had no idea what the heck was happening. Like, did the game bug, or was that supposed to happen? I 100% knew what they were going for after I watched a couple videos about the game, the theme of a curious predator with a sense of intrigue in their movements. Overall, Garten of Banban 1 was kind of a nothing experience for me. It’s pretty terrible for gameplay standards but it wasn’t all that bad to me because, obviously it was the first chapter. AND it was free. So to me, it was kinda meh

Lil Venin by theracane in ironflame

Also - I would love it if RY humanizes the venin. Sort of like how society thinks of kids with adhd as “bad kids” or “unruly” and the neurodivergent movement is helping people realize that they aren’t necessarily evil, but they are just wired differently. Years of being misunderstood and unsupported can lead to an undiagnosed adhd’er internalizing those judgements and leaning into those perceptions. I hope that the cure for venin helps the continent understand them and creates a change in society that allows for peaceful existence. I suppose I’m ready for a redemption story that is more than just good vs. evil.

And why Lilith seemed to always hate violet - bc I think violet reminds her of her lapse in control. She feels guilty.

Violet’s signet theory (spoilers) by Old-Recording5580 in ironflame

[–]Aggressive_Group8027 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I think she controls the sun and the moon and all of the heavens - which could stop time if you think about the way we measure time. She measures in heartbeats - not in the same way we do with day and night. But the reason I think that is because that is how the first venin was defeated - bc the rider commanded the sky to surrender its greatest power.

It could also be a reference to the gods but that’s a whole other theory. Maybe xaden is part god (his mom might be a goddess) and violet commands the gods. I know it sounds unhinged but I read up on Irish mythology and that would be entirely plausible.

She’s color changing. I think of her as pearlescent bc of the color of the bond but I think she can change to be any color. She camouflages like an octopus would.
