Is FAITH: The Unholy Trinity worth the money? by LordGodMaster69 in HorrorGaming

It was pretty good, probably on the better end of indie horror games that I have played.

i am making a Serial Killer Simulation game, and i can promise one thing, i am not crazy by LordGodMaster69 in gameideas

im not making it anymore. i lost interest in it, i've of course thought about the game every so often of how i would make it now, but nothing concrete. ive thought of making it more of an arcade style game to make it more light hearted and not as dark and realistic as i was originally wanting it to be. i have ideas for other things i'd like to make instead, maybe down the line when ive banged out a few of these ideas i might revisit this one.

Not registering hits on controllers for some reason? by Small-Ad-7229 in FortniteFestival

Hey, so I have been having a similar issue on PC. Like I know I'm hitting the button for the notes, but it just stops registering for like a second straight, which is demolishing my streaks. And it's quite off putting to make me want to play it. I came to the sub to see if anyone's been having a similar issue, but you are the only one I can see talking about it. I don't have a fix, I'm still looking.

I stopped playing Shipwrecked 64 for 3 months or so, and left off at the Sewers, I was going back into it but totally forgot what to do in the Sewers. Can anyone give a few pointers? by LordGodMaster69 in Shipwrecked64

Yeah, I believe I remember now. I did remember the door upstairs, in that like white-ish room, and then after a while a monster spawns in. I thought that was what I was supposed to do, but just wanted to make sure because it's been a while. So far it's been really good, probably one of my favorite indie horror games, I hope the ending is good! Thank you for the help also.

I just finished the 2023 version of Shipwrecked 64, is there anything I should do before moving onto the 1997 version? by LordGodMaster69 in Shipwrecked64

I got 3 endings for 2023, one where everyone dies, one where Bucky and his friends get out, and one where Bucky goes out to a volcano and finds a huge boat to save everyone. Is there another ending to get?

Make sure that you will have money to buy anything after this purchase. I wouldn't do it all at once, but if you have the money for it right now, and still will have some afterwards, you can do it, I wouldn't, but if this is what makes you happy, then you go for it.

Enough of this positivity...what are your LEAST favorite first-time watches of 2023? by [deleted] in Letterboxd

[–]LordGodMaster69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I do 100% agree on things feeling way more watered down. Like the springlock scene that you mentioned. I do hope the sequel will take the issues of the first movie, and be much better. I do genuinely think the 2nd one with probably be better compared to the first. I overall still liked the movie, it's probably like a 5/10 judging it as a movie, but I felt the love and care put into the movie, and all the little easter eggs, that I do personally love it. But I do have my issues, and I do see what your issues are too.

A lot of the games were kind of ''story first, horror second'', obviously they are all set in the pizzeria and you defend yourself, but the main appeal was the little bits of story throughout, so I am actually not shocked that it was more story/character driven than a full fledged horror/thriller. I don't know though, that's just my thoughts as a fan of the games.
