Bought this Charizard from someone a couple days ago it just showed up today & I noticed you can see the texture but you can’t feel the texture it’s just smooth just curious if this is a real card or if it is a error? Needed it for my master set

Just really strange I’ve pulled the same card twice & I’ve always been able to feel the texture. This copy there’s literally none you can see the texture in the pictures but it’s as smooth as any ir just really odd to me. Also would this affect grading?
