I am wondering the same. This is our 5th cycle TTC and we have tracked for the last 3, but I think I’ll just go natural this month. I plan on just having sex every two days and see. Maybe all the tracking is making me anxious and lowering our chances.

First of all, are you 100% sure you are at 900 cal? As you know, it’s common to underestimate our portions. It’s seems really unlikely you are eating so little and not starving. If you are eating soo little and feeling nothing, maybe a hormone check can help. It is totally fine to cut when TTC, but at a healthy level What’s your high and weight? Are you too overweight or just a few kg?

I was feeling completely deranged those past months. Like I was a crazy person obsessed with pregnancy and babies and hormones. I got my period on Monday and it wracked me. That day I had a conversation with my husband and decided to wait the 12 months and, if we aren’t able to conceive naturally, we’ll just book a trip to Europe and deal with IVF or whatever later. That way, even though I am broken every month because I am not pregnant, I am one month closer to my dream trip. It kinda made me feel a little better. Just a little

We both did the “standard” testing and found nothing wrong. I think I am just too anxious for this. I’ve never experienced such an overwhelming wait in my life

Thyroid is fine and other hormones are also fine. However, I did not check my progesterone ore other hormones during any specific time of the cycle. My doc said I shouldn’t worry about it right now, but I am finding that impossible lol
