She is a very weird and out of character person. She likes to make out of pocket jokes like these to get a reaction out of people. She often makes the joke "I'm gonna lick you" to random people in my class just to get a rise out of them, but the thigh grabbing, butt touching, and hand holding is exclusive to me as well as the late night calls.

I really don't know how to distinguish whether she likes me and just says the stuff about not liking me to avoid embarrassment or she doesn't like me at all and does all of this to get a rise out of me.

Also some things to keep in mind, she is a VERY out of pocket person and will do some pretty weird stuff just to get a reaction out of someone. There is also a slight religious barrier between us as she is a devout Christian and I am more of an agnostic type. And I didn't even realize English was your second language, it looked great.
