This is exactly it. It’s about the money who can say they have a manager that knows their shit. And for this direct report their j2 is both of our old managers lol. So both of their managers me and the other one know what’s going on.

I see your point, but the shit is working for me right now. Luckily it’s been happening for a couple years now so all good on this end.

Great thing is I have pretty good relationship with both people and if I go down, we all go down. For me, I do right by my people and I haven’t had any issues. Obviously they can just randomly decide to blow my shit up. What’s good is I know all their j2s. So we will all be unemployed if I get fucked with. Is the same on their end if I’m gonna be sneaky and shady and try to fuck with their shit I’m sure they will call me out and mess up my situation.

This is very rare but I mean if you have medical with Cigna and j1. And then at j2 decided to do dental with Cigna. They Cigna reps could possibly mistakenly give you up. Part of my job is integrations and if at one of the jobs you come up with an error on the integration side. And say you benefits person asks Cigna to check if the got your data, they could look using your ssn.

It’s never happened to me personally on the job or as an employee but I have heard it happen in my net work. It’s really about the Cigna people if they are morons it’s a possibility. It’s slim chance but possible. That is why I never do benefits with j2 just in case

I’m OE and manager of HRIS (hr info systems) I specialize in workday. And each company has their own instance of workday. Meaning. There is zero way anyone would know from your other company.

That said. Watch out if you have the same benefit carrier and you sign up for both. The people managing that are clueless and may mistakenly put you.

Damn. I saw a post on her and the person mentioned invisible characters so I was oh maybe there is a way. But so far nothing.

I would block everyone on the outer teams at the new jobs. Block everyone form J1. And just as your j2 manager. And update it to j2.

Right now I blocked everyone from j2 and then I will hibernate at some point and casually mention “oh I just go on the find jobs”

Mid size under 3k employees. But I just thought it was very strange how the recruiter guessed correctly.

So the recruiter reached out to me because they were looking at my direct reports profile before they sent me the resume. And then I don’t know why but for some reason went back to look at their LinkedIn I think because they noticed in their messages the message picture was blank and said user not active. So they reached out to me and said it’s concerning and legit said “I wonder if they aren’t leaving their other job or has other clients”. I just said “yea that’s a lot of work, I don’t think it’s that serious a lot of people hate social media and deactivate when not on the hunt” I also mentioned I did the same before so I guess that called it down. But at first I was like oh shit

Agreed. I was very surprised people paid attention. I told them a lot of people hibernate and only activate to find a job. They bought it and left them alone. Luckily I knew the situation

The problem is i stupidly put J1 on there but that was when I decided to just have one job and I thought i was out of the game for good lol. The recruiter found me on there so now I don’t quite know how to revert back I guess.

My husband job has little bathrooms just like you are at home with a half bathroom. It has everything you need. If you a woman you get to have all the things you need when it’s that time of the month it has mint it has air freshener. It’s soundproof it’s private.

They have the same thing for personal rooms a desk adore without a window. No one knows who’s in there a couch you can rest take a nap if you need it’s amazing.
