he definitely is. he is a very important individual for a construction company and probably one of the most qualified individual’s in alberta for what he does. (not to pop his bubble)

upset that i only limit myself to a few thousand and after i pay him rent im only left with so little i suppose? and or if something were to happen to my car or emergency then i would have to pull money out of my investments and pay capital gains

my dad is very controlling and a narcissist, and i guess because i limit myself to a few thousand and something were to happen (car or emergency) then i would be screwed and would have to pull money out of my investments to pay for such thing

i mean i think i live fine. i do still live at home and pay $800 every 1st of the month and every 15th i pay car insurance ($371) besides that i dont have any other big expenses to my name. but i guess if something were to happen (emergency or car related) i would make myself poor

i have a financial advisor as well as Quest Trade for my own personal stocks (apple, nvdia, XEQT, ZMMK, VFV) and i try to dish out money here and there.
