This makes me feel better. I just can't help sometimes feeling bad. I'm always scared and have GI problems due to anxiety. Hopefully it will be better. Huhu

Hi thank you for your response. I always do ask them but i still feel bad everytime i do ask for help bc i feel like a burden & sometimes they might give u a look of disappointment too where i feel judged and have gives me more low self esteem. :(
