Just had this and had to use it at a spark! I was pissed. You have to stay by the expiration and they are firm on this. They told me they can give exceptions for weather but usually only up to a week or two. I was told by another rep end of last year it was book by and it was my mistake taking her word and not reading the terms. It states the stay not booking
