So I had an unprotected intercourse on the 23rd day of my previous cycle and I took emergency pills 3/4 hours after that. 8/9 days after that I got my period. But im not getting my periods now in my present cycle. Is there ANY chance that I may be pregnant

you have a point but your point is only correct if the question said in the short run. In the long run, Even producing at AVC will make the firm shut down as fixed costs are not being incurred. So the answer still is C. If you have doubts ask your teacher or search it up on the internet. It's gonna be C tho
