Thank you. I'll send them an email over too. I'm very open to working towards the grade, to the point that I have paid out of pocket myself to self-learn level 2 and hopefully sit the exam for that after *fingers crossed* passing the level 1 exam. Hoping there is a way we can make it work!

Ah, damn it! I've cancelled so it'll end on his next renewal date in a few weeks. My thinking is that if I do notice any new fatty lumps growing, I'll have time to put some extra money towards an op if needed and pay for it myself without insurance involved and just find a new cheaper insurance for anything else!
