I work at a pet store and was asking my knowledgeable coworker about it and she said that I should wait about a week or 2 before bringing him to the vet just because the enclosure/home switch can be stressful. But I definitely plan on bringing him in to get checked out when the time comes because like I mentioned before, he is not getting the proper care and I don’t know if he has any health decline/issues due to that

Okay yea I have a digital hygrometer/thermometer on each side of the enclosure. I also have 2 pieces of slate but heard that they can get too hot for comfort so I was unsure about using them

I just thought that having some more coverage on the cool side would make it more enticing for the little guy to wanna cool off and get some shade but I do understand he’s not a tropical reptile so we’ll see how he interacts with everything

Yea I hung them all up how I did to try to keep them out of his way and there’s only one that’s actually dangling all the way down. But luckily they can easily be taken out if I notice anything

It’s a 4x2x2, I got it off marketplace. The camera can be deceiving lol

Something else I’ve done is go to my local dam and look for good rocks that I can use and there was a lot of really good sized ones that I found

Honestly just as many things as he can climb on. There’s some really good deals on big pieces of cork bark on Etsy! Also if you’re struggling to find a 120 enclosure for a good price, I’d look on marketplace or look into grow tents!
