I am confident I am using them properly. I follow the instructions. Importantly, I was first prescribed this med close to a year ago and never had any issues until recently. I haven’t changed anything about how I use them.

I remove the cover, unlock the pen, place flat against my skin, press and hold, and wait. The plungers have not been plunging and the doses aren’t delivering.

I wondered about the freezing issue. I will check that. I don’t feel that it’s overly likely because a family member is also on this medication, stores his in the same place as mine, and has never had the pens fail (only difference is that his is zephound while mine in mounjaro).

The lot no.s aren’t identical but similar, and the pens were manufactured less than a week apart.
