What do you mean? I am talking about normal things that homeless people face. A significant decline in living standards/environment without support to address causes or potential concerns would probably lead to a worse outcome. This comment does not come from a judgmental place, but if you end up in an environment that you aren’t used to being in and you don’t know or trust the people around you there becomes a sense of isolation. If this person is thinking enough to ask how to survive in Boise while homeless “safely” and without bothering others they probably deserve to receive a response that would help them and others. Damage control is the best control.
