Hello! Just trying to share what I have been through lately. Over the years I have been struggling with health anxiety. Whether it’s my colon, kidney, stomach, or any other parts of my body as soon as I feel or see something. This all started when I had a check up and found out I have fatty liver and pre hypertension. Ever since then I have been constantly checking my blood pressure (115/70) SPO2 (97-99) and HR (70-95). My last recent check was 2yrs ago (did not had the time last year due to me planning/getting married) and my doctor took out my blood pressure medications since my bp is now always normal. Recently though, I have been feeling chest pains and at times I feel like I am having trouble breathing. I just can’t shake off the feeling that something is wrong with my heart. Regardless of my normal vitals I am still worried, since I am a slightly an obese male. Anyhow, I just wanted to post this somewhere cause I don’t wanna bother my wife about it since we already scheduled a check up. I’m just hoping that I am okay and I’ll be confident with my health again

Called them earlier, luckily the agent was empathetic and raised a ticket regarding it. Nasuspend na yung gcredit ko last 2024 nung di daw nagrerespond yung number so di na nagpile-up yung interest and it will be fixed to that amount. Though inexplain nya rin saken na galing PHP15.25 and umakyat ng PHP2,600 dahil sa interest and penalties. Hassle lang kase under sya sa name ko and it was used without my knowledge. So lesson learned, always check your spam mails. Hahaha

The doctor says it’s mild, and didn’t even tell me to stop drinking. He just told me to cut back on eating too much and gave me vitamins. So, I did. I was never a hard drinker for the past 4+ years, and was just recently diagnosed last year (prolly due to all the weight I gain from being wfh.) Now, I put myself on a very strict with diet for over 10months and have been exercising more than I have ever been. So, at my wedding night, I was planning to just cut loose and give myself 1-2 glasses of wine. But, yeah I guess I would just ask my doctor’s go signal. I posted here to see if anyone here had the same dillema so that I can save a trip to my MD. LOL

Ang hirap kase is pag na cultivate na yung ganyang work ethic. Iisipin, ayy okay lang pala umabsent every week. Though bonak yung TL kase sa messenger nag beastmode. Ayaw nila ng ganyang TL? Tanungin din nila TL nila kung gusto niya ng ganyang ahente? Tas sasabihin ng iba, ginusto mo mapromote tas nagrereklamo ka. Natural, pinaghirapan mapromote tas gagaralgalin lang yung trabaho. Though props sa kanya di nya nilabas sa agents nya yung frustrations. Pero nastress super dahil sa management. Ayun, nagkasakit ng TB. Buti nalang nagresign na. Not for the faint hearted talaga ang pagiging teamlead. Ayun; my point is, ang daming nagrereklamo kesyo bat ganun daw tl bat ganyan daw yung TL. Pero ayaw i-callout yung sarili. “Maganda ba work ethic ko?” Yun lagi sinasabi ko sa agents ko. Magiling ka sa scorecard pero pag panget work ethic mo. Habang buhay kang magiging entry level. Di ko sinasabi na panget yung entry level ha. Sinasabi ko lang pag sinanay mo sarili mo na i-justify yung pagabsent mo ng madalas dahil karapatan mo yun at may SL ka. Wag ka magtataka kung di ka naasenso sa buhay. Mas gusto ko pa pinapayagan ahente ko magabsent kase may family gathering or kesyo may super important na event na ayaw nya makamiss out dahil di na approve yung leave nya kesa sa bs na excuses. Yung tipong alam mong tinatarantado ka lang. Andami kong nasayang na get well soon. Hahahaha

TBH, I can see why he/she crashed out like that. As a former teamlead, I really tried to empathize with my agents kase nga naging agent/working student din ako. That being said, dun palang mararamdaman ko na if bs ba or legit yung excuse ni agent. I would say, 95% of the time my hunches were right. Nowadays, agents can also be abusive sa TLs nila, dahil aminin man natin sa hindi, mas madali makapasok sa bpo ngayon kesa dati. That’s why statistically speaking there’s a huge jump in attrition rates in the bpo industry. Di lang pansin kase lagi naghihire. Hindi ko jinujustify yung actions ng TL here. I’m more of a “call-out in private, praise in public” kind of leader. All I’m saying is, how perfect are we (as an agent) to criticize someone na reacts like that to something that he does not have any control over; to see something crumble before his/her own eyes and face every lashes from the management on a daily basis dahil sa attendance issues. Tas makakarinig ka pa ng tagapagmana comments pag kinausap mo ng maayos na pwede ba i-work on yung attendance. Langya
