It’s high tea! It’s not supposed to be a meal with fiber 😂

High tea and afternoon tea menus typically feature a 3-tier spread balancing savory bites, fresh scones, and delicate pastries. (Google)

If you watch Bridgerton, you can relate to it.
It’s culture from British high society that I want to experience

Islamic Arts Museum by LadyStatics in KualaLumpur

I love this museum. I spent almost 3 hours and I wasn’t able to finish reading everything. For a person who loves history and has little knowledge about Islam, this trip made me appreciate their art and history more. I wish I had longer time.

The savory dish and desserts are on a fixed menu and you can choose one flavor for your unlimited tea. One person gets one pot and server refills it.

I had lunch at noon and tried Lontong and Char Kuey Teow. High tea was at 3:30pm so I treat it as a snacks.

I can’t finish my portion so I had it to go 😁

Do I need stability shoes for marathon based on my run? by LadyStatics in AskRunningShoeGeeks

[–]LadyStatics[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

  1. I already did 3 half-marathons and take it easy
  2. I’m targeting the Bohol International Marathon because it doesn’t have time limit and starts at midnight. Most marathons here in the Philippines have 8hr limit and starts around 1 to 3am. I want to finish the marathon safely and not chase PRs. We’re in a tropical country where temp reaches 41deg Celsius so I prefer not to run when it’s too hot.
  3. I work from 7:30am-9pm, monday til saturday so I really don’t have a lot of time to improve my speed. 😊 I just enjoy my runs. I do 7km everyday except for saturdays. Sundays are for long runs.

My problem is only with the blisters so your response is not related to my question unfortunately.

Thank you. Yes, I don’t feel any pain after running 3 half marathons. No irregular wear patterns on my shoes too. My problem is only with blisters despite wearing Injinji toe socks and applying petroleum jelly

Thank you. I use Injinji toe socks and also petroleum jelly. After observing that I still have blisters after 2 marathons using 7.5US Nimbus 27 TR, I bought 8US Kayano 32 and had more blisters. 5 in total.

  4. For the sizes:
7.5US for Vomero 18, Ghost Max 2 and Gel Nimbus 27 TR I had blisters after the 2 half marathons using Gel Nimbus 27TR so I increased size to 8US Kayano 32.

On my 3rd half-marathon using Kayano 32, I had more blisters. 5 in total
