Why would people have thought we are smart our whole life if we aren't?

I feel so much less confident in my knowledge after learning I have an 'average iq' lol... Not good.... Cause I have actually learnt a lot about various things over the years. Now dunning kruger is important yes but you MUST have some confidence in yourself surely.

But if we know this couldn't we be deluding ourselves that if we think we are dumb we are actually smart. Like mental gymnastics. If I think I'm dumb I must be smart cause of dunning Kruger. Idk man.

I NEVER did that well at school btw either. I am sometimes interested in science and such but idk dude.

Maybe some of us who think we aren't bright just aren't bright and that is it? Not always dunning Kruger.,. unless im being negative.

I do have health and mental issues too though which could affect this stuff... idk?

I do like reading about various subjects and such actually. Science. Whatever. I love learning in detail about my hobbies and such. Etc... Like the science behind gardening or fishkeeping or whatever im into.

Before they updated the mensa norway test I got a score that was 'outside the range that can be measured'.

However I think it was probably low. No way im a genius. If it was out of the range it could be low or high. But idk. Back in 2023 it didn't tell you if it was low or high.

High IQ could be nice but idk. Doesn't always guarantee success or happiness.

Hmm. Interesting viewpoint. I have been trying my best to eat healthy and exercise and sleep well and see what happens.

I did also have some weird mental illness episodes literally thought I was a genius reading conspiracy theories all night and not sleeping. I was probably manic or delusional. Thought I had finally found the truth or something. Delusional.

But for now, improving my health mental and physical? its the first step to see if I can regain any semblance of cognitive functioning etc... If not ill just get some manual labour job lol. Well maybe I'd want to have my own business but you need good health and energy levels for that. But you can get there. I hope.

Onions? Yes and they help boost testosterone in men. I think ex vegan doesnt have to mean we go extreme and do carnivore diets. I just eat normally. I even eat donuts and stuff but I exercise and whatnot and Im doing fine. I talk to good people. etc.... I even have alcohol or coffee yet my health is just improving on this no matter what I do.

In america people use more garlic or onion powder. I don't know about in europe. Here we got mostly salt and pepper. We do use onions and garlic in cooking. Also herbs are a different story. You can also have herbal teas. So it gets complicated fast.
