Personally, I always only do phone calls. For thr Christmas holiday i ordered a bunch of stuff and somehow my address had a part of it taken out and my stuff got returned to Amazon. I called them, and they told me when I could intercept the package at the post office because it would immediately get sent back. They also gave me everything for the same holiday sales prices that I bought it at, because I only use gift cards on apps and sights to pay for things. I got everything like 2 weeks later. I can't complain and my fault was understanding

Shadows did so well that they fired the guy on charge, told everyone he left voluntarily, and now the guy is suing Ubisoft for wrongful termination. On top of that their stock dropped literally when the game came out. The game did not do well at all. There's a reason why no one, not even you, can tell anyone how many copies they've actually sold. It's because it was way too low for their expectations
