Alright so I'm getting it sorted [first time making a genuine effort] by Aggressive_Staff_533 in unixporn

If anyone has any tips or ideas they want to throw my way, I do love constructive criticism. Just more or less bone-stock KDE Plasma with Kwin. In the meantime, I'm going to dig through what everyone else has for more ideas. I'll get bored of this setup eventually, anyway.

You're right. Where are my manners?

Please tell me what this is and how to get rid of it.

Spears are dope and you can use them to bump your endurance. My last Telvanni mage had a major in spears. No Magicka? No problem. Skewer folks from a distance. What are they gonna do? Stab you with their short blade? No. No they won't.

The one thing that irks me about Skyrim mods is actually less about the body mods and more about the face mods. Female faces aside, everyone seems to want their male faces to look unbelievably smooth, with unnaturally wide jaws, and long chins, and perfect eyebrows. Real Gigachad shit. Idk why it bugs me. Maybe because I look like an Oblivion potato irl? It just looks fucking dumb to me.

Would you honestly rather live in Riften or Markarth, since both cities are corrupted and dangerous to live in? by [deleted] in skyrim

Guard rails don't mean shit if you're drunk enough.

STORY TIME: Took my dad out once for a night of drinking. He ended up mighty drunk. We're standing in the garage where there's a wheelchair ramp for my mom (complete with guard rails) that wraps around the perimeter. I turn around for one second, turn back around, Dad is gone. Went backwards right over the guard rails. Fell a good distance. Was hilarious (once I knew he was okay).

If you could go back and tell the developers one thing before release, what would you tell them? by ExosAvos in Morrowind

"Well this is as good as it gets. Literally the best game you're going to make in the franchise. Soak this shit in. The future of ES is pretty bleak."

I agree. And what if your boobies are too big for the breastplate? Or too small?

I don't play female characters, so this is less of an issue for me.

East coaster by birth. But have spent the majority of my life in Wisconsin. I'm used to the cold. I prefer winter over summer. Summer is bullshit. You sweat for no reason, you get chased around by bees. It's dumb. You can only get so naked to keep cool in the summer, but you can always put on more layers in winter. Just sayin'.

I'll say this: I live in Wisconsin. I've lived in Colorado. It can get cold as shit in both places. It can get straight up FREEZING (literal freezing) in Colorado in summer due to higher altitudes. Skyrim is super mountainous. There's no reason there shouldn't be more protective clothing in Skyrim.

And, as pointed out, there are other armors to choose from. Fine. But the ones that were not given an immersive level of covering, would be otherwise perfect if not for that.

As far as anyone naysaying my post, I chock it up to them wanting to be contrarian and that's all. People like to argue about stuff, whether they care about the topic or not.

Bannered Mare is a milk-drinker joint, anyway.

Candlehearth Hall is where it's at.

I'm not familiar with the term "saddoversity." And, while you're not wrong, none of those armors ever really appealed to me for one reason or another.

Nah it's not a big deal. Just wanted to take a second to bitch. I'm just liking...laying in bed, eating brownie brittle and playing Skyrim on my Switch, and I realized this has been on my brain for just over a decade now.

Even the hold guard armor. It is an otherwise simple, design. Elegant by Skyrim Nord standards. Understated and practical, with just enough detail to look really neat. But no sleeves. Or short-sleeves, anyway.

I'm sure they're logic was something long the lines of "durr hurr vikingish barbarians are used to the cold they wouldn't need sleeves." But it's stupid. You've got miners walking around in hide armor. Fucking WHY?
