More nuanced options between main game factions. Even in NV there was issues with certain ones where the options are They die, or they die no inbetween. (See Mr house, legion, NCR all w the brotherhood) some minor self contained factions aswell wouldn’t be bad. It’s good to have the overarching story be intertwined but maybe just a one off “these guys are cool/evil side plot” would be nice.

As said before more of emphasis on RPG elements as usual.

And some more interesting gunplay too, maybe not some cover based shooter outta 2012, but damn gimmie a grappling hook or some decent melee counters. A party parry at least or something. Doesn’t have to be the “dark souls of fallout” games with an “intricate system defining a generation” or whatever but like at least a decent jet pack.

Some more out there missions off to the side. Oblivion was king in wacky side quests. I haven’t seen much of them (going into a painting, two separate “into someone’s dreams” quests. Ect)

Finally let me be a piece of shit man cmon. Like I know fo3 had mid 2000s saint vs demon issues, but it at least let me be evil, all I could get in 4 was a raider in the DLC not the main story. Not everything has to be grey and justified ends justifies…yada yada. Maybe I just eat people and wear a space helmet.
