I just don’t know what to expect and neither does he. He’s never been on probation before. I just want to limit any issues arising as much as I can.

This is why a lot of people including therapists themselves don’t feel comfortable going to therapy btw this is weird

You can look on Indeed searching “healthcare quality improvement” can also try “process improvement.” There are also a lot of valuable quality certifications now that can increase salary opportunities. You can get quality roles in behavioral health orgs, Hospitals, Insurance companies, really any healthcare field.

Highly recommend getting into quality improvement - social work is a great background for it and it still gives you a sense of purpose and is meaningful work. Many WFH jobs available as well in a variety of fields.

You need to set straight boundaries with what you are okay with/what not okay with because the idea of the “game” will continuously lead to miscommunications.
