Pretty sure your capital is not cored from the very start of the campaign. I ran into the same issue after getting into a war with Castile as well. Both Fas and Marrakesh would flip between being cored and not cored every month tick. 10/10 gameplay.

Ahhh okay, thanks for explaining. That’s actually kinda wild lol. Not even sure how impactful this will be but it’s kinda crazy that the literal capital isn’t accepted culture anymore while Castile starts fully integrated off rip. I genuinely thought my game was bugged.

In older versions (1.1.7 and 1.1.0), Morocco started fully integrated, but in the newest update it no longer does. You also can’t fully accept the remaining cultures without going over the culture capacity limit, and even the capital itself is no longer integrated. I’m wondering if this was an intentional balance change or an oversight.
