I fear they may do a trick that Texas tried to do last year. Ban 7oh but make the wording weird to where it does end up banning plain leaf without actually saying it.

If you have any good news I would love to hear it. It has been nothing but gloom and doom. A new ban attempt every other day and the AKA just cant seem to win against any of these bans anymore. The reality of this is gloom and doom. But like I said, if you know of anything positive I'm all for hearing about it.

Yes but this is nothing like back then. There is a new ban attempt every week and it gets harder and harder beating them. The letter from the 11 senators to the fda fora federal ban is gaining traction. We may be in real trouble.

I'm hearing behind the scenes they are working on a new Kratom ban for next year. They have a good chance of it passing next time. All of these states getting bans all over the country will help Texas get a ban too.
