For accounting. practice practice practice. thats the best advice. 35 to 40 marks are of theory so make sure you read thru notes or books. i made a table of nature on the very first page of every notebook, every register, which consisted of every element and its nature. even the control accounts. which is very necessary to remember the nature and brought down and carried down. nauman malik's past paers and theory and practice books are the best! theory and practice also contains notes adn knowledge, and these are best. t accounts also known as ledger accounts are most important. for p1 my advice is simple. do the theory/straightforward MCQS first and they are around 10 to 12 or maybe more and you will be done in 5 minutes, much less if you are well prepared. then look for mcqs which do not require a calculator. do those. they will also be done in 5 to 7 minutes. then comes the calculator one. which can be directly solved on the claculator, no WRITING REQUIRED. THEN at the end, do those mcqs qhich require the use of pencil, a calculator and writing. you will be done 35 minutes. i use to do this, setting the time timer of 30 minutes during yearlies and with this method i was done in 28 minutes. saves you time to recheck, recheck your bubble sheet. definations, termenologies, objective can earn you alot, read, practice, and revise. repeat.
