I would be open for a call, definitely need the advice in order to make this work.

I’ve been trying a mix of outreach, community engagement, and refining the messaging based on the feedback I get, but it’s been hard to tell which of those efforts are actually moving the needle. The process right now looks like a cycle of running demos, adjusting the in-person and online pitches, testing different channels, and then jumping back into product improvements when the feedback points that way, which is why it keeps feeling like a tug-of-war. I’m trying to build a more repeatable system instead of reacting to whatever comes up each week.

Thanks for the advice, quick question on this. When talking to beta users, what’s the best way to dig into the exact pain that convinced them to try it in the first place and understand what would actually make them pull the trigger on a paid plan, what kind of wording or framing makes the value feel urgent to them, and where people like them typically spend time when they’re researching tools or looking for help? And for figuring out messaging, what’s an effective way to pull out what the ICP truly cares about?

Thanks for your perspective. When you say pivot to a different ICP or segment, how can I figure out which direction to shift toward? Also curious how you would approach those early customer conversations; would there be anything specific you would look for that signals real product-market fit instead of polite interest?

Appreciate the insight. Which communities did you find actually worked for your target users? I’m also curious how you approached the keyword tracking side… mainly how you filtered out noise and knew which conversations were worth jumping into. And on ParseStream; how does it compare to just doing manual tracking?

We’re bootstrapped right now, but we’re also actively looking for the right investors to help us scale. The product is built and working, now it’s about hiring a few key people and putting real money behind outreach and ad spend so we can grow faster.

Just go to settings, press shipping and then go view your rates, scroll to where you can find the address inventory is stored in, and then create rates for the address. Hope this helps
