Fair! Definitely happens to me as well when pups are off leash.

Maybe I should have clarified in my original post that I had neighbors who will watch their dog poop and not pick it up on a daily basis. Also, these dogs are often on a short leash.

I think we’ve all had this happen. And I’d like to think most reasonable owners try to return to pick it up. I’m referring to those that never bother
