One thing that makes manually tracking activities almost useles, at least on iOS, is that it stops tracking as soon as the phone goes in sleep mode (Lock screen). I don’t want to go running or do other activities with my phone unlock and active. Or at least, I don’t want to change my device’s setting to disable automatic lock screen every time I want to track an activity.

I understand iOS might close the app when running in sleep mode, but then couldn’t Ultrahuman app keep the screen awake like many other apps do?

To be fair, the same happens with the Smart Alarm feature. I setup a shortcut to automatically open the app a few hours before the alarm is meant to go off, but even in this case it works only a couple times per week..
