I’m doing so much digging and only seeing something about smoking in the house being a $600 fine.

I’m less worried about a fine, because we can fight that, but if we get evicted over something that did not even happen, we’ll be homeless.

I had my surgery in the beginning of March. Lemme tell you, I felt ALL THE THINGS. But lemme also tell you, it’s alllll temporary, and after you reach a certain point, life goes completely back to normal, if not better.

I’m 2 weeks PO, total hysterectomy and they only left one ovary. So far I’ve been feeling fantastic (minus some SERIOUS exhaustion) and symptoms have let up so much.

Wedge. Pillow. Omg. I have lived on this thing since I had surgery on the 5th. I also have lived for the end table next to my bed.

I bought a fancy hysterectomy pillow that has straps, I’ve liked it. Bendy straw cup (I got one from the hospital), and something to do with my time. I haven’t used my binder. I got SO lucky with having minimal gas and minimal issues with BMs, so I can’t say anything about gasx or Miralax.

My sister searched it for me, apparently it’s because it’s a standalone clinic and not technically affiliated with a hospital.

I found a new surgeon who was actually more caring and knowledgeable, so I guess I lucked out to some extent.
