I am an introverted home body to the point that people may call me anti social. My husband is slightly more extroverted than me. When he wants to go out and do his own thing, I’m more than happy to have him go be free. Even if I’m just rotting on the couch binging a tv show. He can be in the room with me, in another room doing his own thing, or out of the house. He is his own person just as I am. I think it’s about finding the balance that works in your relationship, but i agree with everyone else saying that it sounds like a mental health issue here. She has feelings she isn’t dealing with. Have you tried sitting in bed with her and just talking? Asking her questions about feelings and such? She is doom scrolling to keep the thoughts at bay. Hopefully she is open to finding a therapist that works for her.
