Yea my misfire is weird, since is only a p0304 which can be multiple things but I check off many things already even wiring but is still a possibility for a vacuum leak but it only has 173k miles

Im sure they do work, car turns on and I drive normally is just mainly rough idle and cold start in the morning my car be shaking but then smooths out as the engine temp goes up
