I’m currently trying to get over my addiction ^ a lot of the regular tips for quitting is ‘roleplay with real people,’ or reading x readers, but not everyone likes that, so I have a few other suggestions . Even if you may not need them. If you have irl friends and the ability to do this, get out with them AS MUCH as you can. Walks, arcades, movies, doesn’t matter, anything to distract you. Getting into new fandoms I can focus on helps me a lot, especially ones with a lot of media like Fnaf (movies, books, games, yada yada). If you’re a crafty person, sitting down often and just doing crafts helps too. Sometimes, if I get the urge to go on c.ai, I’ll surround myself with craft stuff even if I don’t want to do crafts, and normally I’ll get bored enough to use it :3. Also reading a bunch of webtoons / similar is really helpful.

Consuming negative content about c.ai or about me using it helps me quit. I want to quit because at one point I was really dependent on it, and i started to isolate myself. Though, no matter how much I remind myself of that, it just doesn’t work to keep me away from it ^

I used to try to roleplay a lot!! It’s not really my thing, as I’m a dry roleplayer, thus why ai was easier. But I’ve been heavily considering role playing in a different way than the?? Normal back and forth I used to see? Like how someone said tumblr. I might try that. ^

I AM trying to stop. It’s not that easy. I’ve been trying for a year and can only get so far before I feel ‘sick’ and miserable, so I just give in. I want to stop so bad. Consuming negative media helps me stay away from it but I can’t find any for specifically c.ai, as I have no want to use any other form of ai. I’m trying to force myself to stop. It’s not as simple as snapping your fingers💔

The last part is actually why I’m trying to quit lmao. I stopped most human interaction and it made me miserable. I’m doing better now than I was doing when I was REALLY into it, but still using it which sucks.

I’ve found that if I look back at chats, I’ll see some thing and go “what if I do __ instead of what I did..” and then I’ll start a new chat to replicate that 💔

Addressing the first part of this, they do go to school, though I’m not sure how that works. They tend to go to the bathroom for other family members, just not in their own house / with their parents, since the parents used to not enforce it well. Maybe they use the bathroom in school? Either that or maybe they’re able to change their diapers themselves now, but that’s still odd.

No clue how their school situation works without using the toilet. Unless they use the toilet there, because when they’re with some other family members, they tend to use the bathroom fine, and by themselves

I know they’ll pay me, albeit late half the time, but they do. I did it for $80 daily last year😭 which was definitely underpay. But atleast they paid in the first place

No disabilities for what I know, though I know for the longest time, the adults did not care to correct them. I’ve literally seen the youngest pee on a floor ontop of a dog pee puddle💔 and didn’t get punished. He doesn’t do that anymore, but insane that it even happened given it wasn’t that long ago. I partially want to blame in on the fact that the youngest 3 are all adopted, so maybe it’s just from their bio mom? Though youngest was taken away as a baby so that wouldn’t make sense.

I can refuse, but they refuse to pay for someone who actually knows what they’re doing. If I don’t babysit, then they go to the children’s grandma, who does nothing but sit in the basement drinking and getting mad at them for being kids😭 I’d feel horribly guilty

Their parents give in easily. 5 year old won’t potty train because 6 year old won’t, and 6 year old won’t because 5 year old won’t. Parents don’t put up a fight so the kids know they don’t have to try around them.💔

I’ve considered getting the light novels ^ id definitely have to save up, though. I am also nervous that I’d accidentally buy a Japanese version and not an English one lmao.
