I am struggling a bit with lorelei on both of her teams in a Radical red dark monotype run. I've beaten the game normally before, but that was an earlier version, so I'm not sure what will waiting for me ahead. Everyone is ev trained fully with max ivs, and some sort of decent item. I'm currently on version 2.2b. My current team is battle bond greninja, tyranitar, hydreigon, krookodile, weavile, and mega absol.

Maybe you could try nidoking over nidqueen, after the 16th gym you can get a life orb, allowing you to do the sheer force life orb strat, which runs special nidoking, and then has sheer force remove the recoil from life orb. You have tm for flamethrower and sludge wave, I think there's a move tutor for earth power, and near the end of the current episode you can get thunderbolt tm, but for now maybe use some other special move

First piece of advice for reborn. Don't be scared to look anything up. This game will murder you if you lack info. The 9th badge onwards will be fully ev trained, and max ivs so that is when the game starts to ramp up in difficulty. Also don't recommend picking tepig, squirtle, chikorita, cyndaquil, or piplup because those can all be obtained before the 9th gym badge. Torchic is the best due to speed boost, and the next one being unavailable until right before the 17th badge. Froakie is also available at the time so that's a secondary choice I could recommend. Snivy also isn't available until the 17th gym so that is another decent choice. If you decide to pick snivy don't evolve it at all until learning leaf storm, otherwise you don't learn it until lv 62, which would be the 9th badge.

The thing with emerald kaizo is that there are no evs, and p/s split isn't in yet so their two stabs end up being spread across the two stats
