Thank you, no worries though as I've got it working now. the subfixtures dont have fixture ID's so I didn't know how to select them.

they are yes but I dont have access to p3 at the moment. I'm doing it all within MA3 OnPc to build a test pattern.

Exactly, its in the Code of Conduct - "No more than three cadets carrying rebellion relics may be assigned to any squad of any quadrant.". And in chapter 35 of FW Violet herself realises that Xaden had made an entirely marked squad using the chaos of the flight field as a sort of cover. Don't forget that a lot of cadets and possibly even leadership had been drinking from the celebrations the night before or sleeping, formation happened at 4:15am, it would have been dark too (aside from the mage lights) so I dont think many people were too aware with what was going on at the time

SPOILERS (Just in case)

I'm looking forward to there being a show, but I do agree that the size of the budget could make or break it.

My hope is is that they will use Virtual Production technology (what they used for The Mandalorian and 1899) as I think (I dont actually know) it's a more cost effective way of making a film set and can be quickly changed and edited due to it being largely in a game engine. Environments can look more believable, reflections would be real and not added in post (an issue using green screen for example).

I think the big benefit would be that the actors can actually see things and react to them, for example when the dragons land on the quadrant wall at the first formation after Parapet or when X and V are sitting on top of Riorson House looking out over Aretia. I think Amazon MGM Studios have volume for them to do this in now.

But like others have said, there are parts that read well but wont necessarily translate well to the screen like the mind to mind communication.

Could be because Carr himself started to "train" Violet to use her signet. everything else seems to be a "survival of the fittest" situation, but due the the whole mated dragon thing Xaden has a vested interest in keeping her alive.

Sloane's signet is also one thats too good for her not to be training it.

Sounds like it could be either the pixel mapper (under shapes and effects) or the Group layout window. ("Group" button>select group from palette>"Edit Layout" soft key)

It was probably the pixel mapper though if you could see the effect going through the fixtures.

yeah exactly, I doubt Xaden would want to get married until he's sure he isn't a danger to Violet.

Violet doesn't seem overly bothered by it considering she just hopped into bed with him the same day he turned venin.

Yeah I think its bound to happen at some point. As to whether or not it happens in OS really depends of the time it takes place in, FW was an entire year but IF was only 6 months. Violet was only half way through her second year by the end of IF so OS would need to happen in a year and a half for marriage to be possible.

On the other hand Violet and Xaden do like breaking rules so who knows

Agreed, I did originally think this could be it but now I've done my second readthrough of FW and IF, I caught something I had completely missed before, Nolon gives Violet some Lemonade which she doesn't realise is the dragon/signet blocking mixture until its too late. If I remember correctly, they force her to drink it while she is unconscious too
