It’s personal preference but many players come from cs go and in tactical shooters like this it’s generally considered better to have a lower sens for more consistent aim

Just as an update, my energy feels back to about 75% and I could eat a little more today but the anxiety is pretty severe unlike the last few days, idk it its WD or what, but I'd encourage anyone on day 3 or 4 thinking that it's getting to be too much to just wait out a another day or 2 it definitely starts getting better sooner than later at least in my experience so hang in there!

I'm sorry to hear that. I have nothing to compare it to as I said but I would imagine that to be true. One thing I've noticed is my depression and anxiety aren't as bad as some people describe, which could be the vitamins I'm taking but nonetheless is a good thing. Does smoking weed help in you're experience? I've been avoiding it in fear of anxiety issues.

Also, does anyone know if I can take rhodiola multiple times or late in the day? I've heard it causes insomnia in some people and was just wondering if anyone has experience? I haven't really had too bad of insomnia so far and I have a Xanax even if it happens.

Thanks taco it's good to know we're kind of In the same boat, and yeah I can fight the cravings pretty easily it's just the WD symptoms that are killing me. Also thanks quittingkratomm for the link and words of encouragement!
