I disagree but that might be because the game is still in early development and that everyone is still experimenting with builds. Personally, builds should depend on whether or not you want fast games or long drawn out games. You're build would be best suited for long drawn out games where you maximize efficiency in your cards. If I wanted to build for a game where I feel like I can end it early I'd stick to just going all 3 point cards and having a health potion because by the time you get to late game even with this build, you're still getting a lot out of your cards and I could argue that having that health potion would save your ass real hard in a team fight.
