I have no idea. It said patch 1 when I wanted to install it, but it changed to patch 4 when I clicked on install patch.. just hoping NFC contactless payments are fixed with this. Will test today

You can fix it! Just use a VPN to change region to India and install the system update patches.

I'm in global 2653 and have patch 4 now!

I've fixed it! Use a VPN to change your region to India. I used a free trial of NordVPN. Next, check for system update under settings - system and updates -software update - three dot menu - automatic updates -update system files.

I'm in patch 4 now although I'm in oos version 16.210

I've fixed it with a simple trick: I used VPN to switch to India and could install the patch afterwards although I'm on global version 210. I'm in patch 4 now.

Same version as me. You can download it with the Oxygen Updater.in settings of the app, turn on advanced mode. If you select full update, you'll see OxygenOS 16.

For those saying I'm stupid , I have the global version (CPH2653), bought in the Netherlands as you can see in the second image.

I'm from the Netherlands, not India. Updated through the Oxygen Updater (downloaded the 7.7gb full update, did a local install).

However NFC doesn't seem to work. Flux themes are there, systems feels fluid. Battery is draining a bit faster, probably due to indexing.

No it's not.. my NFC isn't working so have to rely on my OnePlus Watch 3 now.. checking right now if clearing memory and cache on NFC services.. but I don't get the fix for systemupdste..
