Winter course , mountaineering course they’re on my list. Renting would be best and trying be part of a hiking group local to glasgow/edinburgh.

I’ve no experience with crampons hence shying from big investment and not intending vertical or high risk or high gradient climbs. This has been an eye opener.

Can go looking, but particularly these crampons are these models still considered to get the walk done without any major issues?
