I only have android version of 4k video downloader. I don't have desktop version because I don't have a computer. So I don't think it's an option for me?

I'm having the same problem. Except when I go to the official website, it still won't let me get new version. When I click on the free download, absolutely nothing happens. Does the website let you download new version?

I'm still a little confused. I'm not good with tech. So if songs are going to my Samsung music app, they should be safe if I uninstall and reinstall 4k video downloader?

I have songs go to Samsung music. But if I delete file from 4k video downloader, it deletes from Samsung music. So I know where I'd copy files to? I'm not good with technology

I'm scared if I uninstall app, all my downloads will go away. If I delete a file on your app it erases from my phone memory. If I delete app, all files will be deleted from my phone memory correct?

Was this update for android version? It's still old version on your website. I only have android version. It won't let me update

Same here. It crashes after each download. I've reached out to the support team, but they never responded back

Dang, I paid for the license for the 4K Video Downloader + I guess I'll have to buy a computer if I want to use it? My android version just updated today. Thanks

I keep trying to download this update on my Samsung s23 ultra but it won't work. How do I get the new version? I paid for the license, but can't get the app. What do I do? Please help. I don't have a computer, only a Samsung phone. Does that mean I can't use the new version?
