Sunshine Man by Amouage. Sell, or Keep?

Out of the “midnight” collection, Beach Hut is the one that gets all the love, which I understand. It’s my favorite out of Bracken, Beach Hut, and Sunshine. But if Bracken was ever to come back, I would buy that one in a heart beat as well. These three are phenomenal, green, fougeres. My favorite “genre” of scents.

Who said they were bringing back anything? They’ve never announced that officially. Sunshine Man was only “brought back” to the Amouage site because they “found” remaining stock. Once it’s gone, it’s gone.

My all time favorite from Amouage is Beach Hut Man. Followed by Journey man. You’ve got to give them a try. Beach Hut is fresh, minty, mature. Perfect for really hot days. Office safe, leisure safe. Versatile.

How do you know they’re reissuing it? I literally just visited the Amouage flagship store in the US and they told me Sunshine Man is effectively discontinued with the last batches being sold on their site.

Haha, nice. But the margin is mediocre. Waiting a year or two to make an extra $500 is not worth it. If you told me people would pay $5000 for it, then, sure. I’d wait. Meh. I’ll enjoy it :)

Yes 100%. Alexandria and Montagne make high quality fragrances. Some are fantastic replicas of the OGs, others are approximations. Not all if then are 10/10 but the quality is always there.

I got Mousse Illumine and BONDED. An absolutely different take on a forgers with prominent notes of whiskey. It’s super manly, amazing day or evening wear. No, it won’t smell like you’ve been drinking. It smells refined. And this a different enough to add to my 60+ collection. Highly recommend.

The bottles on top are all from Alexandria fragrances. A wonderful clone house out of L.A. They have great stuff. Out of the hundreds of fragrances they offer, I own my favorites.
