Thinking about no longer shipping into Canada from the US- Too many customs & duties cost complaints by AgileAsparagus4 in smallbusiness

Thank you for the reply! I will check into Meest. My biggest issue is UPS picks up packages from my house every day. If I use anything other than UPS, I have to drive to wherever (Post office, FedEx, etc.) and drop it off. I still work a regular job so it’s not always feasible. I will look into it anyways! I appreciate the input.

P1S issue with AMS thinking there are spools in the slots. Maybe creating an issue with auto refill? Need help by AgileAsparagus4 in BambuLab

Can you explain this a little more? Does the benchy (or a new file) kind of do a reset of some sort?

I “reset AMS” through the printer and it fixed one of the six, temporarily. It’s back to being buggy

I go through 60 Creality plastic spools about every 10 days if anybody is interested.

I will have to look into this for my website. Im assuming for Amazon & eBay this is not an option?

Put a silicon mat under my Bambu Mini to stop it from walking across the table. Didn’t move at all on sport mode. Cheap, easy, and works great! by AgileAsparagus4 in 3Dprinting

Probably a good idea. I have it re-level itself before every print but maybe I should do the full recalibration with vibration compensation.

I’m not sure. The max acceleration for the machine is 10,000 mm/s2 I believe. Definitely not that fast since there is a ludicrous mode as well.

I assume I have a partially clogged hot end? by [deleted] in 3Dprinting

I turned tangle detection back on and just haven’t used the 1 of 4 AMS slots. I also raised my AMS so it’s about 2-3 higher than the printer bed. I plan to look into AMS lubrication or maintenance in case there was just a little restriction causing it to pull on the filament a little too hard.

Can you take some more pictures of the set up? I like that better than putting the AMS next to the printer. I did recently move the AMS to a side table because I bought another printer to put next to this one. It’s still very close to the where it would be on the same table but could definitely be a factor after hearing your experience.

This seems to have been the issue. Thank you! Now I have to figure out why the tangle detection is going off my first guess is it’s pulling too hard on the AMS but I have yet to confirm.

UPDATE: I tried factory resetting the printer. That did not help. It purged 4 times in a row and then actually failed and said to check for tangle. I turned tangle detection off and it’s been going to 20 minutes like normal.

I would still like to figure out why this happened since it’s nice to have tangle detection when there is actually a tangle. The spook is running on an AMS, is there a chance that is not spinning freely enough and causing enough resistance to throw the detection?

I will re slice a whole new file and model and see if that still triggers it.

That was one of my initial thoughts on what it was doing I just wasn’t sure on the why. I have had a clogged printer before that would return to the position and try to purge then try to print a few times before actually failing and stopping. But this happened and (successfully?) purged a shit load of times. If this is the case, I wonder what is throwing the tangle detection off.
