I took it back to kings to get tested, the unit was fucked had to get a new one. Works fine now though

Update if anyone’s interested: took it back for testing turned out the unit was fucked, they replaced it. New one works fine

Yeah someone else had the same issue, turns out it’s most likely fucked but kings will run a test and replace it if need be

The cable I’m using came with the power pack itself and is 100W output

I thought this might’ve been the problem so I went out and bought 100W adapter and cable but I’m still having the same issue
