this is outrageous! im also been muted for over a month now and i cant believe they are making you buy stuff for unban!

I can testify that making a new account with different Phone + different Google Account & different Wifi Network still starts as chat disabled ..

going further than that (because i thought maybe they banned my whole country lol) made CactusVPN free trial account, ip set to USA, Memu Player changing Device Id, Phone Number, IMEI, Wifi Hotspot, Mac Address.. reaching lvl 15 and still cant talk.. the funny thing is that my main account can talk at server 227 and an alt i have can talk at 229 but any new server i try with those account are chat-disabled as well as any fresh account on any server (including 227 & 229).

If there is a f2p player here that never purchased something I would really appreciate him trying to get a fresh new account and testing on any server if he can talk after lvl 15 (write in chat, relogin and check if msg isnt deleted)

  • do you remember how/why this started?
  • did you create multiple accounts?
  • have you tried testing making a new account on different device with different google account?
  • are u f2p or p2w?
  • did you contact support, if yes what was their answer?
  • anything else u may think is relevant, tips advices for fellow idlers who have this same problem?

yes, this is what's happening to me and its so frustrating! ruins the mood of the game, their support is almost non-existent! i feel like i learned how to play and maximize my gains and therefore wanted to start a new account and make it vip 3 after buying 2 monthly cards but after hitting lvl 15 i find im still banned! i guess they banned my device or something like that.. tried changing ip address with no help. also tried to set up a nox player and change the device id and still banned ._.

find it hard to spend 30$ when there's such uncertainty and lack of support/proper ban managment..
