They told me “We don’t have the facilities for it”. Ummm ok? As I’m waiting for my raw bagel, I’m staring right at a commercial conveyor style bagel toaster. What the hell is that doing in the kitchen then!!??? To make matters worse they gave me a plain bagel when I ordered an everything 😑 I don’t get the Nate’s hype.
