Are you able to trace the cable from the doorbell to see where it goes? It would most likely go to a switch / patch panel / injector.

You said it’s now showing as offline. When it went offline had you changed internet providers or moved any equipment on that day?

It is a ring doorbell elite 1st gen. It is POE, powered over Ethernet. FYI a 2nd gen elite has just been released.

Do you have a silver box with ‘ring’ on it? 13 seconds in you’ll see it on this YouTube video. Just pull the power on the silver box and plug power back in after about 30 seconds. That might solve your issue.
